Título: Efectos del desarrollo turístico. Desarrollo del turismo sostenible
Resumen:
A partir del “Boom turístico” de España en los años 60, el turismo cobra gran importancia en la economía de nuestro país, en este artículo vamos a ver los efectos positivos y negativos del turismo desde el punto de vista económico, cultural, político y social. Analizamos el turismo sostenible y el concepto de capacidad de carga turística, con ejemplos en nuestro país y a nivel internacional. Finalmente estudiamos las pautas generales para el desarrollo de un producto turístico y la importancia del marketing, la imagen de un destino y de la marca. Plan de marketing de la comunidad valenciana.

Abstract:
From the "tourist boom" of Spain in the 60s, tourism becomes very important in the economy of our country, in this article we will see the positive and negative effects of tourism from the economic, cultural, political and economic point of view. Social. We’ll discuss the sustainable tourism and the concept of tourism load capacity, analyzing different examples in our country and at the international level. Finally we’ll analyze the general guidelines for the development of a tourism product and the importance of marketing, the image of a destination and the brand.
